The color is exactly what I wanted for my table—a deep, calming forest green that feels very Japanese-inspired. The plate has a nice weight to it and the handmade finish gives it a subtle, unique texture that I really appreciate.

The glaze on this forest-green plate is so smooth and subtle, it really does feel calming to eat from. Pairs beautifully with my darker tableware.

The forest green glaze has this subtle unevenness that makes each plate look slightly different, which I really like for everyday dinners. They're a bit heavier than my old porcelain ones, but that handmade feel is exactly what I was after.
