Sicilia 平盤 - Ecru

The plate arrived beautifully packaged and feels substantial without being too heavy. I love how the raw, earthy ecru glaze catches the light differently throughout the day, exactly like a warm Sicilian sunset. It’s already become my favorite piece for serving simple pasta dishes.

I was really drawn to how the warm ecru shade catches the light, and the plate has a lovely, handcrafted feel that makes every meal feel a bit more special. It’s surprisingly lightweight yet feels sturdy enough for daily use.

The warm ecru tone looks exactly like the sun-baked stone I remember from Sicily, and it makes even a plain weeknight pasta look nicer. Only thing is it's a touch heavier than my old plates, so stacking a full set takes some care. Still happy with the purchase.
